OK it’s 2015… we are back on the “Bouncer” again.. and blew the dust of the “Gazelle” and are leaping once again for a good 20 minutes a day. I feel better… I have more energy… and… the added benefit… my wife said, “You still look pretty good for an old guy”! Thanks honey!!??
There really are so many benefits to physical training… and it should be part of our bodily disciplines. It’s all good! However, there is something even better…
“Training for Godliness is much better”! Like diet and exercise… Training for godliness takes discipline! The word I use is YAGOTTAWANNA!
