Prayer in Trouble

In times of trouble, may the Lord answer your cry.
May the name of the God of Jacob keep you safe from all harm.
  Psalm 20:1  NLT

Three preachers sat discussing the best positions for prayer, while a telephone repairman worked nearby.   "Kneeling is definitely best," claimed one.

"No," another contended. "I get the best results standing with my hands outstretched to Heaven."

"You're both wrong," the third insisted. "The most effective prayer position is lying prostrate, face down on the floor."

The repairman could contain himself no longer. "Hey, fellas," he interrupted, "the best prayin' I ever did was hangin' upside down from a telephone pole."

Beloved... if you are in trouble today... The Lord doesn't care about how you pray... He just loves it when you call upon him.  As it is written... "Call upon Me in the day of trouble;
I shall rescue you, and you will honor Me"  Psalm 50:15
